Standard Leads

Standard leads are a simple lead, which can be made from 1-2 colours, and are roughly 4ft long (but these can be made longer or shorter if required). These are typically made from 20mm Biothane but can be made thicker or thinner if required.

Traffic Leads

Traffic leads (sometimes known as grab handles) are short leads that enable close control, or can be attached to the end of a double-ended lead to extend the length. The length is roughly 12" long as standard (not including the clip), so please let me know if you require a different length. Each traffic lead also contains a floating d-ring as standard, so please do let me know if you don't want this. These are typically made from 20mm Biothane but can be made thicker or thinner if required.

Double-Ended Training Leads

The double-ended training lead is similar to a halti-style lead, and is perfect for training! It can be used in a variety of way! There is a d-ring roughly 12" from the clip, which can act as a handle, and an o-ring roughly halfway, with the lead being roughly 2m long. This lead can be used as a dual lead, hands-free lead and standard lead! The o-ring in the middle can either be fixed in place, or can be movable - please let me know which one you would prefer. These are typically made from 20mm Biothane but can be made thicker or thinner if required, and the length can be adjusted if needed.

The Delila Leads

The Delila lead is a Tucks Creations original product! includes a d-ring roughly 12" from the clip to make a handle, a sliding o-ring so it can be worn around the waist or shoulder, and comes with an extension add-on so allows extra length for your dog to lie down! The standard length of this is 158cm with a 50cm extension. These are typically made from 20mm Biothane but can be made thicker or thinner if required, and the length can be adjusted if needed.

Hands-Free Waist Leads

The hands-free waist lead comes with an adjustable waist belt, with a quick release buckle and a sliding d-ring (with stoppers to stop this from moving freely). For this, please supply your waist measurement. It then comes with a double-ended lead which attaches from the belt to your dog. The standard length of this is 3ft, however if you need this a specific size, please let me know. These are typically made from 20mm Biothane but can be made thicker or thinner if required.

Adjustable Length Leads

Adjustable leads contain a tri-glide, meaning you can alter the length of your lead! You can double/half the length depending on what you need (if the lead is 1m when fully shortened, it will be 2m fully extended). This feature can be put on a standard lead, wheelchair lead, or double-ended training lead!

Slip Leads

The slip leads are made with 20mm Biothane as standard, and are roughly 4ft in length. Please use a slip lead when your dog knows how to walk safely on a lead, and ensure the keepers are in the correct position to ensure the slip will not over-tighten. I personally use a slip lead when getting the dogs in the car, and they are used in kennels and veterinary practices to move dogs, as well as in gundog sports. Slip leads can cause harm if used incorrectly.

French Martingales

French martingales are made with a 20mm lead, with 25mm by the neck and a 38mm backing. These are commonly used by show dogs or sports dogs. Unlike the slip lead, the French martingale cannot overtighten, making it safer to use, though please do only using these when your dog can walk nicely on a lead.

Squishy & Grippy Biothane Leads

All leads are available in both squishy and grippy Biothane. The squishy Biothane is super soft and the grippy Biothane is textured.
